The Science of Happiness
What truly brings happiness into our lives? A new branch of science –positive psychology – tells us that it is not what you (or your parents) think. This workshop will investigate the latest discoveries in human behavior and neuroscience to explore what makes us happy (and what doesn’t!), and how these findings are pointing to the necessity of core emotional, social, and spiritual skills that we all need to know in order to thrive. You will learn a wealth of transformative practices and tried-and-true techniques for training the mind, cultivating inner peace, and enhancing your creativity. The grand finale will be a step-by-step process for making your dreams come true!
Workshop will be hosted online over six Thursday evenings, October 7 – November 11, 6:30-8:30 pm.
Space is limited to 20 participants.
